Cumbre de Pine Creek

Positive: The creek was beautiful and the cabin was cute and cozy. But we didn't get to stay here because the refrigerator was not working when checked in. There was water all over the floor in front of the refrigerator. The maintenance man he'd to come and remove the refrigerator from the cabin. So we would not have had a cold refrigerator for our food for about a day. So we had find last minute replacement accommodations. They property management company did refund my whole stay, so that was good customer service. But the refrigerator fiasco should have been caught before we got there. Negative: The fact that we didn't get to stay in this cabin.

Nice getaway I guess. But not worth the money if it’s not comfortable. We’re all young & the furniture killed our ba Positive: It was beautifully put together. The cabin, creeks, Christmas decor. Negative: Very uncomfortable furniture. The price & having to check out so early. Wasn’t worth it to me. I’d pay maybe $450 for something like that. Not $700. When you don’t even get the cabin for 48hrs.

Positive: It was beautiful, the lights made it magical and the creek was perfect for our two boys.

Positive: I thought it was a beautiful place. Negative: We found bed bugs and someones hair on the sheets on both beds. The return air vent was filthy to the point that it was clogged and making a terribleI tried to clean it with a broom. The really need to tell people that they need a 4 wheel drive to get to it. If you are in a car that is low to the ground your going to have problems. We tried our best to clean bugs off the sheets but as we peeled off layers we kept finding more bugs and droppings. Once we got to the foam padding we gave up and decided to go home. We were there about 6 hours trying to clean their mess. And actually thought aboutsleeping on the vinyl couch but realized we would just be upall night. I tried to get ahold of the manager but he wouldn't call me back.Thats when we made the decision to drive 4 hours back home. I'm 67 and don't see real well at night, but we didn't have much a choice. We didnt want to spend more .oney on another cabin or hotel. We were looking forward to getting away, what looked like a dream cabin was litterly a nightmare.

Positive: Fire pit, hot tub, cozy outdoor lights and indoor decors, comfort beds. Negative: Had to collect all used towels by ourselves and get them washed before left.
